“service and attention is very bad. The infrastructure is bad, water started to flow from the upper floor to the kitchen, everywhere was like a lake. Due to a problem with the bank, they sent the rent payment back and you know how to get an extra 500 dirham payment from us. First learn customer satisfaction, then give this much importance to money…!!”

“Worst maintained building by Deyaar after several Complaints no action taken .. no security at night, no cleaning happening of parking lots garbage chutes dirty, all alarms keep ringing full night disturbing all residents I'm not sure why the residents r so quiet about it .. Deyaar properties is very quiet nd doe not action”
