“The worst building. Over the past 10 years in Dubai, I have never seen a building managed worse than this. Building maintenance is handled by one Filipino woman and one security guard. And the women's behavior toward tenants is so awful. The building smells so bad, there are too many cockroaches and lizards, and there is black water coming from the water line because the tank service is only done once a year. When you ask the lady about maintenance or a sudden rent increase, she will respond with "If you don't like it, then leave" If any client takes the flat at a higher price, they will tell you to leave. There is no stability in the decisions of management, they keep changing them within a…”

“Worst Building Ever. PLZ NEVER RENT ANY APARTMENT HERE EVEN FOR FREE. STUBBORN MANAGEMENT, SMELL EVERYWHERE, MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST. NO CLEANER IN BUILDING, SMELLY WATER NO MAINTENANCE THE LADY EILEEN IS THE WORST OF ALL”

“Regrettably, my experience in this Dubai building has been nothing short of disappointing. From the lack of cleanliness to the utter disregard for maintenance, it's been a nightmare. The car parkings are rendered useless due to the overwhelming number of doves, whose droppings pose a constant threat to vehicles. To make matters worse, amenities promised like the swimming pool are nothing but empty promises, with stagnant water and deceased birds painting a grim picture. The closure of essential facilities such as the gym and playing area adds insult to injury. It's bewildering why Dubai authorities turn a blind eye to such blatant negligence and fail to regulate this building appropriately. This has undoubtedly been the worst living experience I've encountered in Dubai”

“Never ever live in Majestic One building, International City phase 2. Irene, the Filipina lady who runs the building, treats you like you're nothing, even if you pay your rent on time. There is a lot of difficulty in getting your security deposit back from this lady. Our entire building tenants, including the employees of her company, find it extremely frustrating when dealing with the building management lady who refuses to agree to anything and treats everyone like nobody. This is one of the worst places to live. In my experience, I have never met a Filipina who is so rude.”
