“The worst and rudest management and staff starting from the manager ending up with the accountants they will find any way to not pay your deposit back and you will need to call them everyday regarding to your refund and always they will lie to you by telling it it will be done by today and tomorrow but at the end you will never get a single dirham from them. I will never and ever suggest any one to rent an appartment from them.”

“Highly do not recommend it!! As per my experience as a resident at al Basha-8, I will not recommend choosing Al Basha properties. Very very poor maintenance, One washroom been closed for six months. No response and commitment from the team. The gas bills are very high. The exit clearance is very tough, they will find the reason to cover the deposit amount. In 10 years of my experience in Dubai, I have seen the rudest person, doesn’t know how to deal with the client”
