“Don't rent with the new admins. They are giving crazy prices as if units are in Downtown. They are showing the units as if they are bigger and more rooms during renewal and increase rent arbitrarily. They try not to give your deposit to take that money. Units are very small. That area is still not constructed. There is no padestrian way. There are no well organised roads, you have to go around and around and spend a lot of time. There is just two lane road coming to the district. You have to wait at least 30min to get to your home in the evenings. The area smells garbage most of the time and its not possible to spend time outside. All the desert sand is coming to the balcony all the time and…”

“Don't rent with the new admins. They are giving crazy prices as if units are in Downtown. That area is still not constructed. There is no padestrian way. There are no well organised roads, you have to go around and around and spend a lot of time. There is just two lane road coming to the district. You have to wait at least 30min to get to your home in the evenings. The area smells garbage most of the time and its not possible to spend time outside. All the desert sand is coming to the balcony all the time and makes it impossible to spend time on the balcony and it comes into the house. There are a lot of problems in units. Water heaters are broken, there are problems with bathroom tiles always draw water inside and it makes the walls explode in every 1-2 weeks. You can not use the pool. Its always closed or very dirty. Gym is just for show. New maintenance is not coming when you need them. New admin stops pest control and everywhere is bug right now. Also they dont pay attention which time they are doing maintenance and its impossible to sleep peacefully. Overall dont rent with them if you want to spend your money wisely. Go another appartment if you want to live in this district. They are at least 10k less.”

“Terrible building, I recently moved in and everyday I encounter new issues in the flat like the doors are making sound while closing, the cupboards and drawers not aligned, some tiles are broken, and most irritating is that there is a continuous sound coming from the vents and I can't even sleep for many days. I complained many times with the maintenance team but they are also not able to fix the issue despite of paying them a hefty maintenance fee. I really regret moving here and also advice others not to move in this building as it has lot of issues and the management doesn't pay attention in resolving those issues. VERY DISSAPOINTING !!!!”
