“My 5th Year with this Building! Being in this country for 15 years and finding a place which compliments the values of this country is truly amazing.. Every contract renewal has been smooth and hassle free. The staffs are extremely polite and kind the security is always active to support in situations which requires attention. Non of my query in past 5 years were left unattended. I must say the team is doing a fantastic job 👏🏼... this Building is well maintained by the staffs and can be found clean at any point you enter. Special thanks to Zeeshan & Adil who have been a great support all these years! Cheers to the team. Absolutely 💯 recommended 👌”

“One of the best building in phase 2 . Very neat and clean. Amazing fragrance, once you enter the building . My Most favorite part of the building is their huge balconies . Security and maintenance staffs are very cooperative. In Sha Allah its my 3rd contract renewal with them , have never faced any major issues in the past two years . “a happy tenant “😁”

“NOTE: those who put 5 stars are fake reviews!!! Real tenants rated 1-3. Which is relevant to real situation. Not managed at all. Maintance is not free though it says in contract free but every time they want you to pay. The most useless security, issues with apartment and building in general are not being fixed on timely manner, they are just not taken serious. Gas leakage alarm may go for days no one will bother, constantly fire alarm goes on day and night making you jump from your bed, on parking people park as they wish! Dirty and super noisy swimming pool! No sound proof very noisy neighbors and children! All complaints are ignored by building staff. Smell (food, cigarettes) from air conditioner from other apartments will come to your apartment and suffocate you. One of the worst buildings! Do not recommend to stay there.”
