“This building’s management is beyond unacceptable. The fire alarm system is not working properly and it keeps going off at the worst times, usually when people are asleep. There are babies and families living here and the people behind don’t even think about that. This has been happening for several months already and it’s extremely disturbing. The management is doing nothing, totally useless, can’t fix until now. I really hope the municipality checks this building because clearly the management doesn’t care at all. Everyone living here can attest to this! Hope you guys wake up and do something!!”

“I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the completely unacceptable level of management and maintenance service in this building. The situation has reached a point where it can no longer be ignored. Your team has been consistently unresponsive, disorganized, and careless. The maintenance department is rarely available, and when they do show up, they come without any prior notice—often when residents are not home. This is unprofessional and shows a clear lack of respect for residents’ time. On top of that, the charges for basic maintenance tasks are unreasonable and taken without providing any receipts: 1. Changing a lamp was charged 50 AED with no receipt. 2. Replacing the toilet water gun was charged 100 AED, again with no receipt. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. Even more alarming is the repeated fire alarm incidents. The alarm goes off during the night without any valid reason, and it takes more than 5 minutes to turn it off. This has happened many times throughout the year. This is a major safety and quality-of-life issue, and it is shocking that nothing has been done to fix it. Overall, the service and management here are extremely poor and far below any acceptable standard.”

“The building is clean, all the neighbors are respectful, and all the staff are fine. The only problem is the freight shop next to the building entrance, which causes a nuisance to all residents due to congestion and road closures.”

“Disappointing Management and Poor Maintenance Service The management has been extremely unresponsive and unorganized. The maintenance team is rarely available, and they fail to communicate their visit schedule. They come to the apartment when residents are away, without prior notice. Additionally, the garbage disposal situation is unacceptable. Many tenants do not use the chute, leaving trash inside the disposal room. By weekends, the accumulated waste becomes overwhelming. Despite multiple complaints, management has taken no action to resolve these issues.”
