“i live here: Storytime, lived here for around 4-5 years, pleasant experience, and they returned the fishtank with fish after 3 yrs :D, there is just ALOT of moth flies dancing and drowning in water , cockroaches having parties and ants creating a disco. Also, the roads are just incomplete incomplete incomplete incomplete incomplete incomplete. There are incomplete pavements and ALOT of insects. Thats the only cons right? for now..”

“Family place. Very nice community. All the necessities like groceries, saloon, kids amusement, Health clinic, etc are very nearby. Excellent community to live.”

“5 stars because of the security and house cleaning personnel there - Especially Mr. Ehtesham, Sarfaraz, Rubul, Kabir etc... Very helpful and good location of building - just needs infrastructure development like roads which is eventual with Nakheel greenwoods development”

“Everything starts good when you first shift to Aaamna Residency they solve minor problems but once you encounter a serious issue the last you get is a quick effective solution. In 2020 roaches started to be a common issue in the building roaming in the corridors. I had pest control done to my apartment but since the issue was in the building my apartment was not saved. I complained several times but was useless. Only after escalating the matter to Dubai Municipality the problem was addressed. I am facing the same issue again. The explanation given is that the problem is caused by my neighbor who already left the building because his apartment is infested. I have been complaining for more than a month now and there has been no solution and hardly any response. If you decide to reside at Aaamna Residency make sure you do not rent a flat of big a balcony on lower floors because it will end up to be a garbage bin for the upper tenants and again the management failed to control the problem. The only good thing at Aaamna Residency is the Security team & the Cleaning team very helpful and responsive.”

“I have lived in this building for almost 3.5 years. Its very nice building to live in. Very peaceful, spacious and very reasonable rent. The staff of the building is very courteous. The owner Mr.Abrar is a very kind gentleman. It was pleasure living at this place.”

“What we like: Contemporary, spacious flat with neutral and earthy colors (I don’t like yellowish-brown-orange flats!) Windows and balconies are huge. Good price considering its size and interior. What we hope for: There is no gym in the building and roads are not proper yet.”

“The best building I have ever lived in , and the nicest owners you can ever deal with , the building is very neat and clean , any maintenance required will be answered directly , and the finishing are elegant . Most important you are dealing with very nice owners and realestate agents , for me they were the most professional and friendly people I've dealt with . Truly recommend.”
