“Very very bad customer service and experience, living in al asmawi bldg building 1 is like living in any third world country not Dubai? No maintaince at all, no AC service at all, the building walls are full of cracks, Full of water dump but you keep complaining no one will listen from their office, even if AC stops working you have to pay from your pocket, no security, there are 2 unprofessional watchman with no manners at all They keep saying go call land department and complain we can't do any thing? Worst real estate in Dubai, if you want to ruin your life you have to try living In al asmawi”
