“Its a good residential building- with good neighborhood. Have stayed for 4 years. But the maintenance is getting bad in recent times - no play area for children still, swimming pool is not opened after covid, gym equipment is not upgraded/ maintained, lifts are breaking down too many times. Owner please take note!”

“-Very week AC in the Entrance & corridor. When u ask to increase the AC and make it colder they said it’s broken. When they fixed the AC and you asked why its too hot and u didn’t switch on the AC the watchman said that the owner of the building complained about high DEWA BILL THAT WHY WE HAVE TO SWITCH OFF THE AC on the building. -Gym machine broken & they don’t care about fixing it. -Swimming pool closed since 4 years and more. -Playing area for the kids close too and all the kids with parents sitting in the entrance of the building to watch there kids playing on the reception.”
