“Worst facility management ever, only care about how much more money they can take. Not sure what exactly they are managing! AC temperature can't be modified and connected to both bedroom and living room so it is either freezing cold or super hot. Even minor maintenance issues they would ask money for it. Even if it is not related to misuse. Not to mention the terrible smell in the corridor and the smoke smell coming from other apartments in our place! However the security staff are super friendly.”

“Very bad management ,poor service and all they care is about how to get money from tenants. Recently they are renting apartments for bachelors and labores while suppose to be a family building !”

“13 years in the UAE and this tops the list for the worst building i have ever lived in During contract signing a lot is promised and only peanuts is offered from the first month onwards there is maintenance issues. The property manager has no knowledge of anything. You can never reach to any escallations as everyone is sub contracted and have no ownership for any problem. The swimming pool is working fine in cold season and in the heat when people want to have a swim then it goes for maintenance very conveniently. There AC has issues every 10 days minimum running on my 3rd complain for this month and 7 days still remaining for the month end. And the most convenient answer is "we have visited your apartment but you didnt answer the door" when i am at home waiting for the full day for the technician to come. Coming from a frustrated tenant having no ac in this peak summer having a toddler to put to sleep. There is no emergency maintenance person on site even if its advertised.”

“Think twice before signing your contract to stay here. The security has been extremely rude and unprofessional. I once received a message at midnight asking me to remove a water bottle kept outside my door, and later found that my “Baby sleeping, please don’t ring” sticker was removed without my knowledge. The security still placed my bottle in the garbage room I even had to go there with my baby to take it back. Tenants deserve to be treated with basic respect not like this. Really disappointing experience. I have been in the UAE for 33 years and this is the worst management I have come across.”

“dont choose this building .worst management.security guard is acting like a owner of the building.if guest has come they are asking us to keep guests shoes inside the house or else they will call police..security guard threating us ..telling us that mangement ask him to throw away guest shoes in the garbage ...rubbish people..not good for family who wants to stay peacful life”

“Not a good management. They have a lot stupid rules like a tenant is not allowed to stick a note on the door, saying I am away to waterman and other visitors like gas meter reader, etc. A tiny note added on the door is a fire hazard, utterly ridiculous and I am beyond disappointed on selecting this building.”

“I do not recommend and advise no one to live in this building. First of all, it's very dirty—the pool is dirty, pool chairs are dirty, the gym is dirty with a disgusting smell, and the kids area is also very dirty. Their AC is constantly broken and leaks water. There's a disgusting smell and wherever you open the door to put garbage, it's all infested with insects that even enter my apartment. They didn't clean the corridor before residents moved in. Think carefully and find a place that suits you.”
