“The Agency Real Estate L.L.C is unprofessional company who's managing this Building (Al Adhab Tower) No Swimming pool working almost one year No AC in Parking No AC or fan in the lift No AC most of the time in Galaries No AC working in Gym Gym equipment are mostly damaged and not able to use because not connected with electricity No Cleaning in Parking No Cleaning in stairs No Housekeeping staff for Building No Maintenance staff for Building After many complaints nothing will happen If we ask why it's not fixing the issue the reply is owner of the building doesn't want to do this. “Avoid at all cost , management is not good, there was leakage in my flat from the ceiling ,this is before the rains and after lot of complaints nothing was done, eventually had to move out as water literally dripped all day in the apartment ,multiple flats have such issues, and after leaving the management almost cut most of my deposit money inspit of no issues from my end, no maintaiance of pool it was closed ,it was harrowing experience overall”

“The management of this building is ridiculous. I had the worst experience in this building in terms of maintenance. They have 2-3 in-house maintenance staff who are a bunch of lazy & useless people. They charge 200 dhs for changing a light bulb. 150dhs would just be the labour charge, absolute joke and scam. It’s better to get maintenance done by yourself as it would be much much cheaper. There are so many maintenance problems I faced throughout the year and it was a new building. I was the first tenant yet there were so many problems in the 1 year I stayed which I don’t understand how. So it was a struggle getting them repaired externally as the in-house staff were useless. I will say don’t get tricked like I did with the low rent for this apartment as compared to other buildings in this area. Whatever money you save on rent will go in the maintenance for sure, if not more. They consumed 90% of my deposit when I left the apartment for its maintenance which I kind of saw coming but also surprised me on how much of a scam they actually are.”
