“Good building with good location apartments are amazing Only facing without manners arrogant neighbors 24:7 there kids are crying and parents best solution let’s the kids cry in corridor ..!!!!! No single day without kids cry”

“Living here for 2 years, have a lot to say. About to move out We moved in probably at the worst time. The time that we’re surrounded by 5 construction sites and they’re not doing it at the same time, the first year was the loud noise from the west now to the south. Our apartment is in the North South so yes we’re woken up from 4-6 am everyday!! and sometimes they work late till 2am. I have reported to the authorities but turned out this area can do ‘cementation’ until 2am. This is a big down point and know that the 3-4 buildings around will not be done any time soon If you’re moving in here please choose the apartments on the east wing Now to inside the apartment, The apartment is spacious but the quality of our place is really not in the best condition. We have MANY problems with our water system and heater. Water coming down from the ceiling, flooding my kitchen (literally) water coming down from my bathroom ceiling occasionally like a surprise you never want. Water is BLACK when you turn it on etc. and not to mention that every time we’re back in this apartment from our travels, we have severe diarrhea and are taking imodium as snacks living in this place. We thought it’s something we eat or the water we drink but we’ve changed and tried everything in 2 years - visiting doctors, still same. So we suspect it from the water source of this place. Pleasee please if you’re moving here you need a water filter like it’s a must. Every tap possible. WE suffer acne and diarrhea like we never have had before in my entire life from this place To sum up, living in this apartment comes with hospital bills and a will to travel away. If you like that lifestyle- choose it The good parts are there as well, the main security is always helpful and friendly. The neighbors are nice. But i think you pay for an apartment, not the people so no not worth the health.”
