“DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING! Please save yourselves, there is a huge pest control issue and we’ve been having bigger issues since we moved in. We were the first people to live in our unit and a pipe burst in the wall due to construction of the shop below us. They took MONTHS to repair the water damage to our walls—twice they came and just scraped off the paint and re-painted the walls. Then they finally came to properly remove the water from the walls, they broke the walls, and then re-plastered them. We couldn’t live in our own apartment for weeks. And after that the walls were STILL not properly fixed, we still have issues with them. There are huge structural issues in this building, we have huge cracks in the walls which are due to foundational issues. The pest issue in this building is also out of control, people complain of rats and roaches constantly (thankfully we have no rats because we have a cat). We’ve had some sort of mold beetle infestation for weeks and the building refuses to do anything about it. We’ve tried pest control but it hasn’t done anything either. There is mold in the walls due to the water damage the building never fixed properly and there’s nothing we can do about it. The gym facilities are awful and half the things are usually broken. Save yourself and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.”

“I lived in this building for a year, and overall, it’s a very good place to live. While not everything is perfect, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Pros: Excellent building management: Pest control, elevator maintenance, and other upkeep tasks are done regularly. You’ll always be notified about maintenance work in advance, and the building is exceptionally clean - I never saw a single cockroach, which is rare for buildings in Dubai. The management team is also very responsive to complaints. Great security staff: The entire security team is welcoming, responsive, and polite. Proper insulation: You only need to use the AC during the summer months. The rest of the year, the apartments stay quite cool. Cons: Nearby construction: There are two construction sites nearby, causing balconies to be constantly covered in dust and dirt, to the point where you barely can see through the balcony glass. Maintenance issues: Despite being a new building, things broke. I had major AC issues that required two teams and four days to fix. The AC control panel also stopped working due to what seemed like faulty wiring. Poor shower drainage: The shower drain is too small and the water can’t drain fast enough so it ends up overflowing. But despite these drawbacks, my overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this building to others.”

“Very Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional Management and Unresolved Issues I had a highly frustrating experience with the management of this building. My client was promised the title deed to the property, but it has still not been provided, despite numerous follow-ups. The lack of communication and respect shown by the management team is completely unacceptable. It's extremely disappointing to deal with such unprofessionalism, especially when it directly affects the trust and legal processes involved in property transactions. The management has been uncooperative and has failed to resolve the situation in a timely manner. My client deserves much better, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this building’s management.”
