“Think twice before moving in. If you do, make sure to submit move in report. Even the window and balcony grids, every scratch. Otherwise you'll be charged for it. Either way forget about your deposit. I still didnt get mine. Agent working on this building Zubair extremely unprofessional. Will icrease the price every year even if you already paying more than anyone. I tried to negotiate with him and explain that he cant treat me this way, he yelled at me instead. So prepare to file cases every year. Oh and there is plenty of birds in the parking lot, so your car will be marked daily. Security guard is charging 300dhs for a carwash. Otherwise the building itself is good. Apartments are nice a…”

“A building unsuitable for living and they won't return your 2000 dirhams deposit. Maintenance is very poor, almost non-existent, full of cockroaches. Smell of other nationalities comes through the AC, bad food odours. They don't provide any service without charging money. Not suitable for families, very very very bad. And services are very far away.”

“Inside the apartments are very nice, there is a decent swimming pool. There is a problem with the fire alarm keeps ringing and the neighborhood is below the average. The building management/Agents are not good, they will say anything to make the deal. I was promised that the gym will get open in one month only, but never did till this day. I have also agreed with them as well to get 12months +2 free on my contract but never really got the extra months.”
