“Great building from the look of it, unfortunately the management is super RACIST if you are BLACK they will not rent to you. My fiancé and I did a viewing agreed to the price as it was listed, everything was going great until the agent submitted our documents to the management and they rejected-“reason” we don’t rent to Africans. Unbelievable that this is still happening coming, but well it did!”

“Great building from the look of it, unfortunately the management is super RACIST if you are BLACK they will not rent to you. “This place is AMAZING I WOULD NEVER GET BORED INSIDE IT! it's so cool and modern and affordable........ I love this building and the watchman is also really great. Instead of shouting he plays with the kids”

“Its new building very spacious as well, its been a year already we shifted and continuing for another year. Never had bad experience with pacific team, Ms. Aziza and Jasim both are always responsive and ready to help appreciate their assistance. There is no public transport access good for people who drive. So yes recommended if you are looking for spacious apartment.”

“1 Star is too much for PACIFIC INVESTMENT management of this building I had the worse experience living for 1 year in this building. I moved to this building because of swimming and gym which it wasn’t finished when i moved in in January 2020 and I was told that gym will be finished next month every time i asked and was finished 1 month before i move out. So for 1 year just lies and lies. Many tenants moved out because of the poor management and greediness charging crazy amount of money for repainting to be exact 1365AED for repainting. Please there is hundreds of other buildings and agencies to deal with if you are looking for apartment you don’t need anyone to play with your hard earned money and with your intelligence”

“Best Place to Live if u have your own car. No Public Transport is there. Area is quite and You will have a view of E311 and Burj Khalifa. Exit and Entrance is smooth. No tailbacks”

“Nice building but very poor building management. Didn't know everything is not ready by the time when we signed... And kept troubling on very basic requirement such as Ejari and Internet... Even after moving almost 1 month, still no Internet connection and the team even didn't share any notification... Building is managed by a company named Pacific Investment, very improfessional team and lack of sense of responsibility. Suggest not to shift if you are not ready for the worst building service.”

“The building is not ready and keys were given but within a month nothing was available (internet) and even now there are construction sounds in the building and I didn't know that the building wasn't prepared and the building management doesn't care about these things.”
