What one reviewer said

“Do not ever rent in this building Lootah Residence 2 Warsan 4 ,they will handover broken damaged apartment to you, and then even when you complaint 10 thousand times they will say dont worry we will take care of it when you vacate. But whn u vacate the house they will deduct every penny unjustified from your deposit. Be careful and save yourself. I replaced so many things myself which they do not give a damn and now they are ridiculously charging me from my deposit amount. Asif was the biggest liar there. Unfortunately mow he has resigned so wow jo can be held accountable so simple hold on the tenant and take money out of them.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Worst service ever , AC has been broken for days in extreme heat, and management has done nothing though I offered them to get a private company for maintenance on my own expense the security refused to let them access the roof.I’ve had to stay out for more than 1 week just to avoid health risks. Every day it’s the same excuse “tomorrow.” No urgency, no responsibility, no care for tenants. Avoid this place at all costs.”

“they say there are no bachelors living here when you rent the apartment but there are a few who live here and are a nuisance for families by partying and creating ruckus . it's not that the agents do not know this. it's them just trying to make money at our expense.”
