“Unfortunately, my experience in this building has been very bad. There is a constant cockroach problem, and we can also hear rats inside the building, which shows poor hygiene and pest control. Maintenance is unresponsive, and repair requests are often ignored or take too long to be fixed. On top of that, the external building lights are usually turned off, making the place feel abandoned and unsafe at night. I hope management improves the situation because living here is currently very uncomfortable.”

“Location is pretty good, just 15-20 mins drive from Dubai mall and less than 5 mins drive from Dubai Silicon Oasis. Good value for money!”

“Very bad experience …. Their management is kon coperative so many I went to them don’t listen … so many insects in this building … poor maintaince …. I don’t recommend anyone to come in this building very poor building ad management their water heaters don’t wrk even”

“Writing this review with utter sadness as I didn't know before about the management staff. Sadly they are non- responsive with no cooperation. Facilities are limited with no EV charging. When it rains, the basement gets flooded with smelly water. No system as building looks old.”

“This is a new building and NO facility of EV charging there. Really a painful experience. I live in this building and sure will not renew.”
