What one reviewer said

“Please be aware that there have been concerning reports regarding the management's practices. It is said that they may initially grant you access to the property, but subsequently cause issues with your air conditioning system. They may then offer maintenance services as a pretext to enter your unit, during which time they could take videos and document any perceived issues. These reports are then allegedly passed on to the management, potentially putting tenants at risk of forfeiting their security deposits. My advise is do not live here !”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.
