“Building is well located and well built. But there is a big problem regarding maintenance because maintenance is not good: pool heater was damaged in 2021 and since april/25 was not fixed. Intern air condicionater is not periodic clean as promissed during rent conversation, the facilities: game room, bridge to garage, sauna are not okay. The pool facility is also home of many pigeon birds and that may cause deceases. They took 4 months to pay my deposit and they charged some issues not fair. I do not recomend it.”

“Building is well located and well built. But there is a big problem regarding maintenance because maintenance is not good: pool heater was damaged in 2021 and since april/25 was not fixed. “Have lived here for almost 3 years now and the building maintenance is deteriorating by the year. There have been many issues that required quite a lot of fixing but lately we had a nasty leak behind the wall in our bedroom and I have reached out to the building management 1000s of time. They say they will look into but they never come back to fix it. I have tried so many times to get them to fix it but so far no responsibility has been taken. Now I am forced to take this to the department of land.”

“Visiting area in lobby have only 1pc of chair and table.said the head security removed the stuffs no valid reasons.some tenants sitting on the floor while waiting the visitor..bad experienced”

“We moved to Al Meraikhi Tower, managed by Betterhomes in year 2019 up to this date. Ms. Wilma & Mr. Praveen - Property Administratos are wonderful, approachable and attends to our concerns. The residence is very much accessible to the Metro, main highway Sheikh Zayed Rd., near to offices, cafes and grocery shop, Building is well maintained, have 24/7 Security guards. Gym and rooftop pool!”

“Very supportive staffs from Better homes Ms.wilma and Sheba in closing the contract and documentations. Pleasant welcome by securitystaffs at the entrance make your day wonderful ...the premise seems to be very clean and neat irrespective of its age. Hope I will have good time in my new flat at this tower ..and wish to give the same positive feedback after my stay also ..”
