“This brand new residential building called Binghatti Sapphire located in Dubai silicon Oasis is just great. Units are very spacious and building amenities are superb. Rental price is very reasonable. Location is perfect as it is located just beside Carrefour. This is your home away from home”

“I have been a resident at the Binghatti Sapphires building for the past few years, and I am consistently impressed with the quality of service and professional approach provided by BANKE Properties. The property is well-maintained, and the supervisor is very helpful in addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience.”

“Very bad from building to management . Staff are rude and careless. The conditions are bad and in one year they cleaned the Ac only once they only ask for money and even for this Banke they don’t care and process everything slowly you have to ask for your deposit 100 times . I never felt the need to write a bad review in my life like now. Really disappointed. Many things to say about but I will refrain from.”

“The building looks nice from outside, from inside it’s another story. 1. cockroaches will never leave, i did three times pest control and kept coming. 2. Neighbors smell keeps coming from AC 🤢 3. Poor management with attitude 4. Small space, balcony bigger than the flat. 5. No parking spaces, I don’t know maybe they are renting it to others. 6. Humidity and fungus on walls. 7. And the main problem is the fire alam!!!! Hell the system never stopped day and night and for hours!!! On daily basis.”

“Recently moved here in Binghati Sapphire bldg, which has pretty decent area and the apartment is neat and clean, good security control system, easy access to supermarkets and saloons. Banke International Properties supervisor is really helpfull in his approach and manner for any requirement. The bldg management company support in whole process is really appreciable. We really thank them for all their efforts and help. Highly recommended.”

“Over disappointment with the building, humidity, fungus at the bathroom, when your neighbors cooking the smell at your apartment you will not believe 🤢 Notice when you will take apartment what wasn’t damaged by you they will charge you when you will leave from your security deposit 😂 yep and they will not fix it for next tenant , they will be charging people over and over again. They have mold issue at the building and when after sometime it start to show from the painting, that’s on your cost to fix it.Never will recommend this building. 👎 better look for other building!!!!!!!!”

“Since new management from Banke didn’t see any pest control in the building. Corridor Ac is broken for weeks in the summer peak. Pic is showing roach in the lift”

“Update : All my furniture to the trash as they didn’t fix humidity. New administration with a man called nithish won’t give me my deposit as he said the walls were damage cause of humidity. He said he would give me around 800 back which I’m still waiting for over 2 months now. We moved in here and we are unable to use the gym and pool facilities. Sometimes the gym is not available and when it is open it’s not pleasant as the walls are in bad shape and bad smells are coming from somewhere although the machines are new but not many it’s a tiny space. Pool was never available dead animals and insects found in the water. I was never able to use this pool, the sun doesn’t come all the way to the pool but it cool be nice to have a refreshing day at the pool for once. Hallways are always smelling like food and so it’s the lobby sometimes I get the smell in my apartment. It’s really a shame that the pool area doesn’t have any playground for children or nice tables (the place looks abandoned) Inside the apartment the toilet keeps getting blocked. So not happy about this ! I made this review when I moved in back to last year .”

“I would have loved to give them a 5 star for the previous management. The building is taken over by new management who doesn't fix nothing for the tenants. There were always minor issues however the prior management was extremely pro active and everything would be resolved asap. This mew management is super complacent. Inspite of repeated reminders there leakage under the kitchen sink is not fixed leading to pests and Cockroaches. The building lacks pest control which used to be done every month before. Water heater is still not fixed its been over 2 weeks. Basic like the towel hanging rod in the toilet is not fixed too. Nothing has been taken taken care of inspite of sending reminders to Mr. Sanjay who is the manager. I can't wait for my contract to finish so i can exit this building.”
