“Terrible experience. There is a garbage smell in the corridors and inside the apartments as well 24/7, it stops us from sitting, sleeping, hosting guests. Maintenance are extremely slow to respond, there are leakages in the walls that are ripping off the paint, so the maintenance’s solution was to strip the walls bare to the bricks, and it has been like that for 10 days with no response from them. Water went out 2 times already in less than a month. Definitely do not recommend.”

“The building is really nice and extremely clean Maintainance is totally ok and helpful we shifted here 4 month back and we didn’t face any issues”

“Please be cautious before signing the contract. The maintenance service is extremely poor. There are numerous defects in the finishes that have not been fixed. The water pressure is very weak, and the doors are of poor quality with zero soundproofing. I strongly advise you to carefully consider these issues before making a decision.”

“Worst building I have seen in hole dubai in my experience as other mentioned about the building its really baaaaaad and worst experience no water pressure can't take shower properly and can't wash the dishes omg I can't explain how bad is really worst experience no one responsible when you call office no action will be take for any complaint no security for the building!!!! Bathroom door and cabinets for kitchen is very poor quality”

“Very bad building. The AC is set to auto and we can't change it. Water pressure is extremely weak and whenever we call them they say 10 days and we've waited 3 months with no change. There's absolutely no sound insulation and you can hear everything from the street. Maintenance is very slow and their response is shameful.”
