From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The dog barks every night and I can't sleep. It has been like this for many months. I have asked the management several times to solve the problem, buy they haven't done anything. At its peak, the neighbour hosts 2 dogs and 3 cats in the small flat: can you imagine what it's like? It is unbelievable that the management doesn't want to solve the situation. And at the end, I still can't sleep. Really bad behaviour.”
