Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Building, space, cleanliness, view, security system, pool, gym etc all are good. The maintenance team used to address issues soon. Few issues i noticed are 1. Loud noise even at night due to nearby construction.. local Authorities should note a note on this.2.No exhaust fans in bathroom.3. improper ventilation issue creates smell(cigarette, cooking g)in the corridor.”

“Currently a resident at the apartment. My apartment faces the construction site next door. The construction site is unbearably loud from 5:30 till 8pm and on occasion until 1am. This has greatly impacted my mental health, loss of sleep, it’s impacted my baby sleep. He wakes up all the time. Beware. Do not rent here if you value your sleep. SBK don’t want to hear about it. All they want is your money! Buyer beware- noisy, loud, early hours, loss of sleep, bad management.”
