“The worst place you could ever come to live based on what I experienced. OTHERS LEFT THE GARBAGE ROOM LIKE ANIMALS. TRASH WITH SMELL and LEAKING TRASH ON THE FLOOR. And we drill the wall for curtains and it doesn’t take a damn 20 mins as there are 3 doors and the people who live under us had a problem. They called the security and complained. So we are not allowed to even put a damn curtain just because these people downstairs have an infant? SERIOUSLY? WE HAVE A 3 years old kid too! The smoke alarm would kill you every morning and sometime in a day just because someone cooking recklessly. But the sound is crazy and it hurts everyone ears!!! It’s not like a normal smoke alarm. I feel like it was created to make you deaf. 10 years living in Dubai and this is the worst experience that I had living in a flat. Yes it’s spacious, big balcony, room,. But the environment of people living around has zero responsibility to keep it clean and acting like they live in the palm jumeirah lol. Security keep on reminding us things such as trash, drilling cuz he is afraid others would call police cuz we were drilling too loud. What a poor management!!! And yah small parking! I really don’t know how they build the way to go to upper level that narrow as most of the people has to do reverse to turn. Consider all that if you are moving here!!!!!!!!!! My BAD FOR BLAMING SECURITY AT THE BEGINNING AS I JUST GOT TO KNOW THE WHOLE BUILDING ONLY 2 people TAKE CARE OF FROM WASHING CAR, CLEANING TRASH, TO ACTUALLY BEING A SECURITY. THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE OTHERWISE PEOPLE WILL HAVE WRONG THOUGHTS ABOUT SECURITY SINCE THEY BOTH ALWAYS LOOK SO DAMN TIRED!”
