“I lived in this building for quite some time, and moving out was honestly one of the best decisions I made. Without a doubt, this has been the worst property management I have dealt with during my stay in UAE. The problems started as soon as the new management took over. * They attempted to increase the rent in a way that, based on my understanding, did not comply with Dubai rental regulations. Instead of following the proper legal process, they kept insisting on an unjustified increase and even implied that my contract would not be renewed if I didn’t accept it. * Maintenance became almost non-existent. It’s obvious they are trying to cut costs wherever possible, and unfortunately the building is paying the price. The overall condition of the property has deteriorated significantly. * The sewage smell in the parking has been there for a long time. Multiple tenants complained, yet nothing was done to resolve the issue. * The new management is disappointing. Every interaction felt like they were trying to charge tenants for something extra rather than actually helping. Phone conversations were often unprofessional and unpleasant. * After moving out, getting my security deposit back became another struggle. They kept delaying the process, ignored emails, and rarely answered calls. Something that should have been straightforward turned into weeks of unnecessary follow-up. The most disappointing part is that everything seems fine before you sign the contract. Once you become a tenant, the experience changes completely. I genuinely hope the building owner pays closer attention to how this property is being managed because the current management is damaging what could otherwise be a good building. If you’re considering renting here, my advice is simple: do your research, read recent reviews carefully, and think twice before signing anything.”
