“A new building from a known builder but horrible customer service. First of all, the agent of Binghatti named Rizwan is not at all helpful.they don’t share owner number and no one informed me to get empower connection. The building I have stayed before never required it and I had no clue about it. From day one there is leakage in ac which they taped it with black tape and supposedly it’s working fine which is not. Second, the flush is leaking from last one month. The process followed is, raise a ticket, wait, technician checks , gives quotation and repair. Now, such a huge property, the tickets closed without intimation 3 times in a month. After 200 times of follow up, 3 times, 3 different t…”

“Very bad service, lived in this tower for two years. Tried to get maintenance to fix the leak in the washroom walls for over a year. Not responsive, always delayed deadlines and bad management overall.”

“Pros: + The pool is clean when it’s open, although it was closed for around four months for maintenance. + The gym is clean and there are separate facilities for men and women. + The reception/ security staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. Cons: - Many of the apartments rented through Masaken are occupied by tourists who can be very loud late at night and into the early mornings. - Maintenance requests have often been ignored. I hope the management will improve maintenance response times and take stronger action to ensure visitors respect the building’s quiet hours.”

“Very disappointing experience with the NOC issuance process. The request was submitted on 23 April 2026, and despite providing all required documents paid all related fees and receiving confirmation that everything was complete, additional requests and delays keep appearing after repeated follow-ups. The process has been highly unprofessional, poorly coordinated, and is now putting the entire property sale at risk. Communication and handling of the case have been extremely frustrating.”

After 200 times of follow up, 3 times, 3 different technician came to inspect and in last 15 days, management just could not give the quotation. Wow!! Just wow! What a service! The leakage is just not increasing my DEWA bill but such wastage of water! In 2 months of tenancy I am facing so many issues , god knows what’s in store for summer days!!!”
