“honestly regret moving into Binghatti Heights. The building is only around 2 years old, yet it already feels poorly constructed and badly maintained. Since moving in, we’ve had repeated issues inside the apartment: Internet wiring problems Hot water issues Lights constantly burning out Problems with the smart lock system Paint peeling off General low-quality finishing everywhere On top of that, the building management is extremely controlling about what residents can or cannot place on their balconies, while failing to properly maintain the property itself. The biggest joke is the pool — it has gone into maintenance around 6 times in barely two years. For a relatively new building, that’s honestly unacceptable and says a lot about the construction quality and management standards. The building looks nice in photos, but the actual living experience is frustrating. Everything feels cheap, rushed, and poorly executed behind the aesthetics. Definitely would not recommend if you care about quality, reliability, or good management.”

“Was nice until it wasn’t. Moved in when there was no construction at beginning of 2024, for the last year it has been an absolute nightmare for noise and dust, rendering balconies unusable. And to top it all off the pool has been under maintenance for 5months, with continuous extensions, I’m sure they could have built a new pool in less time. Furthermore originally billed as a skyline view apartment building until they built a building that blocks it. Not worth the amount of rent charged. Absolute waste of money.”

“It's a nice building but the construction happening next door really flattens the overall experience. It's noisy and dusty all day, so you can't really sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. That was rather disappointing. Hopefully by the time all the construction is done in JVC (aimed for 2030) this will become a wonderful place to stay. The swimming pool is under construction, and although you have access to the pool at Binghatti Corner across the road, it was a mission finding changing rooms / showers at the pool area, causing the group to have to walk back across in their wet swimwear. Highly inconvenient. In general there's just too much construction everywhere and no considerable discounts for these inconveniences from the apartment owners as far as I think. Maybe just skip this area altogether until the construction is complete.”

“Construction noise is unbearable. I feel like I live on site and I’m on the 21st floor. I’m shocked that Binghatti didn’t invest enough in making the balcony doors sound-proof. I haven’t once used the balcony due to all the noise and dust from the construction site. I’m so disappointed that I am even terminating my contract early and moving to a new area !! I haven’t been able to settle and feel at home. For this price point, I would have expected more. Avoid if you want peace of mind !! Sharing some examples of noise during daytime (6pm) and nighttime (3am)”
