“I had one year full of stress this building. In the middle of my rent contract, the management changed and the whole building didn’t have hot water for a full month. No responsibility was taken. The isolation inside of the house is pretty bad you hear neighbors and their kids screaming probably the whole day. Also, I had a dog living on my floor that no one cared about and it was barking like crazy every single time he went into the hallway. The constant noises on the hallway made working from home impossible. The management didn’t do anything about the isolation issue of the doors or selfishly loud neighbors even though I complained countless times and asked for help. On top of that the ongoing construction noises from outside the building were creating one year full of frustration. The gym has a good size, but it’s not really good equipped. Same with the pool. when I wanted to move out, the security guy was not allowing me to even though I had official permission. I’m so happy that I am not living here any longer, and even though the apartments are nice, I can’t recommend this place at all. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent apartment 801.. the management of this owner scammed me in the end and forced me to pay 3000 dirhams for the whole renovation of the apartment, even though I left it exactly how I rented it in the beginning. It was horrible.”

“Fantastic layouts, lots of storage space, smart lighting and sound, sensor (e.g.: light, motion) integration, and built-in fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The common areas are well equipped and maintained. Specially since the new management came in.”

“The building is modern, high-quality, and truly luxurious. The entrance feels like that of a five-star hotel – elegant and welcoming. The pool and fitness areas are also excellent and perfectly complement the overall impression. There were some initial issues with the previous property management, but they have been fully resolved. The new property manager is dedicated, professional, and ensures everything runs smoothly. My apartment offers a stunning view – truly a highlight!”

“One of the best buildings in JVC! It is beautiful outside and inside, super clean and the staff are very kind and helpful! Near by parks and dog park! It has an amazing swimming pool, very long and has different depths for real swimmers and beginners, even a small pool for babies :) as well as indoor kids play area. Huge and well equipped gym. We really love it!”

“An amazing building! The entrance feels like that of a five-star hotel, elegant and welcoming. The layout is spacious and more functional compared to other buildings in JVC. The amenities are excellent, and the atmosphere among neighbors creates a truly pleasant and friendly environment.”
