“The Nepali security guard who works during the day at Mass Residence is the biggest troublemaker — he always asks for money from both tenants and owners. Please have him replaced.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The location is absolutely perfect, right opposite Circle Mall and conveniently close to the main entry and exit points of JVC. This makes it incredibly easy to get in and out of the area compared to other areas in JVC, saving a lot of time for commuting. The units themselves are top-notch. Spacious, modern, and well-maintained, they provide a comfortable and stylish living space. If you’re looking for a prime location in JVC with fantastic units, Mass Residence is definitely one of the best options! Highly recommended!”
