“I stayed here for about one year, and I had a wonderful experience throughout my stay. The building was always clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and truly felt like home.
The location is excellent. It is very easy and quick to reach most of Dubai’s famous attractions, shopping malls, beaches, and business areas from here. No matter where you want to go, getting there is convenient and doesn’t take long. There are also parks, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and everything you need within walking distance.
I highly recommend this place for both short-term and long-term stays. I had a great experience during my year here, and if I ever come back to Dubai, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!”

“I had an amazing experience staying at this residence in Dubai. Everything exceeded my expectations. The building is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offers a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to get anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and other essential services within walking distance, which made everyday life very easy.
I truly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to live in Dubai. Thank you for the wonderful experience!”

“This building amenities are very good, and the security response is excellent. Mr. Umar Kangula Batamye is doing an amazing job during the daytime and has been very supportive and professional.

Santosh, the FM Engineer, was incredibly professional and organized, ensuring the entire process was seamless from start to finish.The technician, Rony arrived on time, was extremely detail-oriented, and clearly knows his craft. He fixed the issue efficiently and even took the time to explain how to prevent future problems. I highly recommend their services!”

“Absolutely loved living at Westview Tower for the past year and am genuinely sad to be moving out today.
The building is always spotless, the amenities are fantastic, and the management and maintenance teams have been consistently professional and helpful throughout my tenancy.
A special shoutout to Omar and Melvin from the security team, who are an absolute credit to the building. They are always attentive, friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything. It’s people like Omar and Melvin who really make a place feel like home.
Thank you to everyone at Westview Tower for making my time here such a positive experience. I would happily recommend the building to anyone looking for a great place to live in Dubai.”

“I’ve been living at Westview Tower for about 4 months now, and it’s been a great experience. The building is always clean and well-maintained, the facilities are excellent, and my apartment is spacious and comfortable.
A special mention to Omar from security, he’s always professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. The building management team is also very responsive and organized. Highly recommend living here!”

“We have been renting an apartment in this building for 4 months and are very satisfied
+ Very good service: all requests are handled quickly and efficiently
+ Excellent security
+ Great gym with everything you need, comparable to a professional one (from a stair climber to a boxing bag)
+ Nice swimming pool
+ There is a kids’ area and a barbecue area
+ The building is new, no humidity, no mold, no pests, and the common areas are kept clean
+ Excellent activity room with American pool, table hockey, etc
+ Decent neighbors, no noise at night
