“I have been living at **Binghatti Apex for less than a month**, and I have already encountered multiple issues that should never exist in a **brand-new building**. The most frustrating issue is my apartment entrance door. **Today was the FOURTH time** the maintenance team came to fix the same problem. They spent **more than two hours** working on it, and despite all that time, they **still failed to solve the issue**. To make matters worse, they actually damaged parts of the door during the repair attempt. It is unbelievable that after four visits, the problem remains unresolved and the condition of the door has actually become worse. The constant clicking noise continues throughout the day and night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. I have videos showing both the ongoing noise and the condition of the door. Unfortunately, the maintenance team appears to lack the expertise needed to properly diagnose and repair even a basic issue. Four visits, hours of work, and the only result is additional damage to the property. The problems don't stop there: * A terrible sewage smell from the garbage room that spreads into the common areas. * A parking gate that frequently doesn't work. every time I enter the building, I have to call security to open it manually. The response is always the same: **"There is a technical issue."** Weeks later, nothing has changed. * The fire alarm has been activating unexpectedly, both during the day and in the middle of the night, without any apparent reason. This has been extremely disruptive and is a serious concern. For a building marketed as **brand new**, the quality, workmanship, maintenance, and customer service are far below expectations. I moved here expecting a premium living experience. Instead, I have spent my first month constantly reporting defects, following up with management, and waiting for problems that should never have existed in the first place to be fixed. I cannot recommend Binghatti Apex. If this is the level of quality in a new building, I would strongly advise potential tenants to think twice before renting here.”
