“I never seen building where swimming pool and gym are closed for most of the year. It all began in July when the Maintenace team decided to close the gym for repairs or “essential maintenance” but instead they decided to extend it numerous times till end of this year. In addition, they keep sending emails to all residents threatening to take their door mats if they don’t match the design of the building which is absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately Maintenace is very very inefficient in this building by Loams and a lot of residents are complaining. They took 6 months to get routine and regular pest controls to get rid of cockroaches….No one takes seriously Maintenace anymore in this building…”

“Swimming Pool is not fixed from long time Garbage chute.light is off. Maintenance never shows up after several requests too.”

“You can’t use pool and gym from July!! And jacuzzi doesn’t work from March! Unbelievable! And every time management of the building just prolong maintenance! So be careful when you choose this building for vacation or investment!”

“One of the best residents around the downtown Dubai the service was amazing the Reception is very helpful the rooms and the homes are so clean you can’t find everything even water and anything that you’ll need inside the view is nice I recommend that 100 person to come back here”

“So expensive for all the inconveniences, the ac always broke, really poor gym, machines never work, always the pool and other areas are in “maintenance”, the lifts are broken, just 0 out of 10 African guy security night shift so rude always allow another cars blocking the entrance, this fire alarm always on and they leave it 15 min on, workers made a mess on backside they left all sand and all came to my balcony leaving my clothes all full of sand!! would never recommend living here! Horrible”

“Consider living both in Downtown (2 minutes from Dubai Mall) and in Business Bay (2 minutes from the office. Building constantly modernizes its facilities, and the building manager Amin is your go-to guy. Amin bridges the requests and needs of the residents and visitors with efficiency.”
