“I lived here for 2 years, this place is a mess. It’s dirty, recently cockroaches started appearing. The maintenance is beyond disastrous. SBK tries to increase the rent beyond the RERA Index (15% up 2nd year in a row). DO NOT MOVE IN”

“SBK real estate building is one of the best choices to stay in Dubai. I'm living in an SBK building. This building is neat, clean and well maintained. I'm very satisfied with the security system, maintenance and cleanliness. I recommend my friends to come and stay in SBK buildings.”
