“I am extremely disappointed with Al Adiyat Management. Despite fulfilling all the requirements and restoring the apartment to its original condition during the final inspection, they have refused to return my 8,000 AED security deposit. To make matters worse, I lost my job and was penalized 10,000 AED for a bounced cheque, and the management showed no concern or willingness to cooperate. This experience has been incredibly stressful and financially damaging.”

“Very nice building, always clean, administration is doing it's best to keep the building neat and clean, I feel comfortable living in it.”

“Worst ever experience! Black mailers! Cheaters! Lived there for 2 years on exceptionally higher rent compared to others in same area. Building is full of bachelors, so it is not recommended for the families. No Gym/Swimming pool /Roof or terrace. Most of all, the management is a black mailer. When I was leaving the apartment after two year, in kind of a condition as it was given (considering old building), the management billed me AED 3,000 for Re-paint/ disinfection of apartment, and same they did with other tenants. Without that payment they refused to provide NOC for move out.”
