“The building was at a good place until june 2024. Then the pwner decided to renovate so everyone asked to leave. Then the building was almost finished, but unfortunately, the fire broke out and damaged the back side of floors. As of today, some residents are now still living, and the building is under maintenance also.”

“Don’t ever rent from here, maintenance is very poor and they will not give your security deposit back! I have been chasing them for 6months now and they have no any update.”

“I went to check out ana apartment there and did not like it at all. The units are not well serviced and the whole building smells of cooking and poor hygiene. Management should take care of it better since they charge a premium on the apartments there.”
