“I stayed for 2 years in this building since the area is accessible for everything. But, even if you have rented studio flat, you are not entitled for 1 parking space. No A/C maintenance for those 2 contracts. With that, even before moving in, there was mold issue and they never tried to fix. Staff personnel down to the watchman were all very arrogant. They tend not to give you 3 months notice for the renewal so that they jack up the rent increase. And since I didn't want to have any issue with the realty, I opted to move out instead of going directly to RERA. one thing for sure, YOU WILL NOT HAVE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!”

“I stayed for 2 years in this building since the area is accessible for everything. But, even if you have rented studio flat, you are not entitled for 1 parking space. “Unbelievable If only because we are black they tortured us for a week by cutting AC and finally they came up with by evicted us from the house we lived in for a year with a three day limit, how shameful What makes it even worse is the management of the building that prevented the blacks from living is Egyptian 🤔 we are very proud the way God created us!!!! This is very shameful act The managements should be ashamed and punished for this rudeness”

“The watchmen is a cunning person trying to get a commission out of everything. Even to repair anything that has nothing to do with me you have to pay him a commission to get a plumber or a handyman”

“Dear Dubai friends, my advice to you is to avoid this building. Management is very bad and super greedy. They have no considerations for their tenants, they want only money. No watchman, no security, no cleaner, fire alarm goes on few times a day, maintenance takes ages. No one is managing the building. Just avoid”
