“Parking is in the deep down basement. Thus, if it rains heavily you have to be alarmed always. Cuz it may get flooded and there will be no one to help from the building representatives. I tried to call the owner he gave me another number and other person directed me to another number and so on like 3-5 numbers I had to call to understand there is no one can help from their side.”

“Very bad building, full of bugs, bad smells inside the house from air conditioning, very old style, poor service, the gymnasium is very narrow and much of it is destroyed, I would never recommend this place.”

“I am staying here for long time. The facilities are good. The tenants have access to Swimming pool, gym and other activities. The flats are very good and spacious with daily housekeeping. All the groceries, lulu hypermarket is in walkable distance. It is situated near CITY MAX and Mall of Emirates, Al Barsha 1, Dubai.”
