“In General great office and residential tower with own mall and access to Gate Avenue. Great architecture (Sir Norman Foster)but a bit difficult and inconvenient to reach. In general great location with good views and fast elevators”

“The only downside of this building is the cooling charges from Aquacool. Keep a close eye on them — they’re very expensive and often seem illogical, with poor customer service on top of that.”

“🤨I visited Index Tower today and was very disappointed with the parking situation. I asked the security staff if I could park but they refused to allow me, stating that parking was not available. However, I noticed that they were allowing other vehicles to enter and park. This is unprofessional and makes no sense. The policy seems to be applied unfairly”

“I was really disappointed the way the lady delt with me in the reception of East tower. I asked her for leasing offices and she said check online in website she didint care or provide any more defails . However, I told her how come Im here and I coudnt even get aa number or a sales person to talk too. Anyways she make some effort and wrote an email by hands not even capital letter and when I was asking foe clarification about the letters she left to washroom because her colleague cane . I was really in choc. He told me go to security office in basement through that lift and the lift requires an access card anyways we managed to get to the GA floor and we were lost looking for a door closed on a wall in a hot parking untill I found one pwrson he took me to that office which was not looking as a security office. Finally we open the door and 3 person sitting not welcoming us of course and when I asked they gave me a landline number then saidd look for xYZ person. I called thanks god she answered and took my namuber and pass it to the sales team to contact me lets see when but wanted to share my experience in this hot weather and never expected a reception to be that weak and bad.”

“Location is great if you work in DIFC and one of the offices connected to the mall. You can then walk indoors with the exception of the 30 seconds it takes you to walk from the elevator to the mall. The elevator to the 30th floor where you need to change elevator is slow though. The apartment I stayed in had a poor finish and the worst I have seen during my time in Dubai. Skylounge is nice (photos) and so is the gym. Pool is indoor which some people might appreciate.”
