“The security team are very rude and not respectful. Although we spoke with the managment but still they are still rude. The way they speak and treat you are really rude. Especially the night shift guy (Mohammad).”

“Emerald Residence is a great place to live in Dubai. This luxury building have big apartments, a really good swimming pool and a gym, additionally, the vigilance service is very kind and respectful. On the other hand, Emerald is located close to the DMCC metro station and also close to the tram. I recommend totally rent apartments here.”

“Old but maintained semi-luxury residential building in Marina with spacious units and nice garden pool. Lived here for 2 years and had really good memories. Very close to the DMCC MS, al Maya supermarket, Dubai Marina Mall, The Beach JBR and Bluewaters.”
