What one reviewer said

“The best location one can imagine. A small and quiet building with spacious apartments. Not crowded. No need to wait for elevators, the gym and the pool are not crowded at all. Squash courts are available. Ample guest parking. Direct access to Marina Walk. 8-10 min to the beach, 3-4 min to metro and tram.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Very bad experience with the security officer. We completed all the procedures to move in with the MOVE IN PERMIT. He blocked our access with a very arrogant tone. This Wednesday, July 29 at 1:12 PM. Really a change needs to be made with security and the way new residents are treated. Very very bad experience.”

“This is a significant problem for delivery riders when it comes to parking. There's no designated parking outside, so the building management should at least provide some parking spaces. Otherwise, they should just stop allowing deliveries to the building altogether.”

“The building management and security provide horrible service. I thought they are supposed to help instead of making everything difficult for us. Also building is old. You may suffer from leakage.”
