DEC Towers is a development of three towers in Dubai Marina, Dubai. The towers are DEC Tower 1, DEC Tower 2 and DEC Tower 3. Dheeraj & East Coast LLC completed it in 2007. Shared facilities include a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. The nearest Metro is DMCC, about 11 minutes on foot, with the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram stop 8 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 62 places to eat, 10 shops and 10 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 63k a year for a studio.

“DEC Tower 2 is a nice place to live for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the Marina lifestyle. The location is its biggest selling point—you are just a short walk away from the Marina Walk, the beach at JBR, and the Bluewaters bridge. ​Convenience: Having a large supermarket right in the building complex makes daily errands incredibly easy. “DEC Tower 2 is a nice place to live for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the Marina lifestyle. The location is its biggest selling point—you are just a short walk away from the Marina Walk, the beach at JBR, and the Bluewaters bridge. ​Convenience: Having a large supermarket right in the building complex makes daily errands incredibly easy. There are also plenty of pharmacies and cafes nearby. ​Spacious Layouts: Compared to some of the newer builds in the area, the apartments here tend to offer much more square footage and practical living space. ​Excellent Facilities: The building offers great resident perks, including a well-maintained swimming pool, a tennis court for staying active, and a free gym that saves you a trip to an outside club. ​Connectivity: It has very easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, which is a huge plus for commuters who want to avoid the heavy Marina traffic during peak hours. ​The building management and security are professional and helpful, making the entire living experience feel safe and organized. Highly recommended for professionals or small families.”

“European here that has lived in many different towers in Dubai Marina for over 10 years. Since 4 months back I have lived in DEC Tower 2. I’m surprised by some negative comments! Must be based on how it was before all the big renovations and the new access road to Sheikh Zayed Road, because my experience is way different. I barely recognize any of the complaints in the negative reviews. - The tower is good and clean. - Security/reception/management/maintance is always smiling and very helpful. - There is a huge supermarket in the building which makes shopping super convenient. - AC’s has been working great since I did a normal AC-service/cleaning. - Lots of elevators. - Good access to the parking space in the basement. - The communal areas are one of the better ones I’ve seen in Dubai Marina. (Maybe because of the new big renovations?) - Gym is good. Both regular sauna and steam sauna. - Pool area is absolutely stunning, like a nice hotel (see the video I uploaded). - All the big open spaces with full marina views looks amazing (see the photo I uploaded). - The location is great. # Only a 10 min walk over the bridge to get to JBR public beach. # 4 min walk to get to Marina promenade. # 12 min to Metro. When I’m too lazy to walk to the metro I normally walk through the supermarket and jump on a scooter for a couple of minutes. # Great cafes just around the corner (a French bakery that has freshly baked croissants and Roast Cafe with great selection of coffee beans). # One of my favorite restaurants in Dubai Marina is just down by the promenade. - The traffic flow is fine for being Dubai Marina. My neighbors say it’s thanks to the new access road. In Dubai Marina this is one of the better towers I’ve lived in. Everyone who’s given it low ratings should revisit the tower - or order AC cleaning. That’s my two cents 👍”

“The main entrance of the building only for cars , there is no walking way , I spoke with the security many times to tell management but no any action, at least move the plants so people can walk, pictures attached”

“Apartment is 20 minutes from metro so not that close. Beach also is more than 20 minutes walk. Not that nice view from window. Inside is not bad but not luxury.”
