“Very well maintained and family friendly building. All credit goes to the support staff here who ensures it’s up to date. Special call out to Taimur, Maqtum and Aamir to ensure the building security and maintenance is top notch. Additionally, it’s very rare to find apartments of the size that are available in this building. So that’s a big plus as well if you are looking for spacious apartments. Plus it has a garden of its own too which is very unique to find in Dubai. All in all, totally worth living in here as it offers easy access to the promenade for evening walks/jogs. Additionally, JBR is also just a walking distance away. All this is possible without getting stuck in Marina’s traffi…”
