From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“While the building itself is lovely and the management team is excellent, the ongoing construction noise has turned living here in to a nightmare. Even on the higher floors, the disruption is so severe that getting a good night's sleep is completely impossible”
