“The building caught fire two days ago. During the emergency evacuation, my 64-year-old father fell on the stairs due to the crowd and the panic caused by people rushing down. We were also forced to sleep outside our home for two days because the elevators were out of service. Who will take responsibility for putting our lives at risk by allowing so many shared apartments in the building? If this issue is not handled seriously, with proper inspections and the shared apartments being cleared, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter and file an official complaint with Dubai Police against the building management.”

“Manchester Tower is a residential building in Dubai Marina with a convenient location close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Apartments offer good space and some units have nice marina views. The building is generally clean, and security is available. Elevators can take time during peak hours, and maintenance may vary depending on the unit. Parking is available, but can feel limited at busy times. Overall, it’s a practical place to live with good access to daily needs and the Marina area.”

“This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The building management frequently shuts down the water and electricity without proper notice. Because of this, residents cannot even take a bath, use the bathroom, or wash dishes. It is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. On top of that, the elevator service is very poor and often unreliable, which makes daily life even more difficult. I stayed here for only 10 days in the month, yet the security is insisting that I must pay for the full month. This feels very unfair and unprofessional. Overall, the management and facilities are very disappointing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before staying here.”

“First time to be at the Manchester Tower, having it near the interchange towards uptown makes me look at it really far from the metro, maybe on a winter you can walk from the Sobra Realtyt to the building. The vicinity is full of essential stores, that is a plus. Lifts are OK but I expect bigger space particularly the lobby area. The receiving area looks crowded and busy alwayss”

“Overall mid building. Lift have issues from time to time Pool is small and the gym is like a locker room Good thing is that most of the tenants aren’t from poopoo land”
