“A very true review, unfortunately the traffic is bad and congested after sitting in traffic to get out for 3 hours on the weekends and unable to leave to go out during the weekday nights unless willing to sit another 1 hour at least in the traffic. Building is older but decent size however some problems here and there in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would have never moved if I had known the truth about the traffic”

“I have two classmates living here. The apartments are very large and quite pretty. It's not very old for a 2013 building. The location is good, but I heard traffic is very congested in this area, and the parking here is terrible—difficult to get in and out.”

“KG Tower is a residential building in Dubai Marina consisting of 20 floors. This freehold project was launched by KG International FZCO in 2005 and the architectural contract was given to Atkins Dimensional Engineering Consultant. The building facade features a colour palette of off-white and blue. Its irregular shape stands out from the other towers in the area with its ship-like balconies protruding out from the flat KG Tower, Dubai Marina has 68 flats ranging from 2 to 4-bedroom units. The units are spacious with featuring servants rooms, dressing rooms and multiple balconies. The tower overlooks Dubai Marina, offering a spectacular view of maritime activities. The neighbourhood is one of the most popular residential areas on the city. It is close to major shopping hubs and business centres in Dubai, making it convenient for residents to commute to other key areas in the city.”
