“Very bad experience. Stayed here for a short stay. Guest parking is on a first come first serve basis, when a parking became vacant, Security (Oliver) gave away the parking to ladies who just literally arrived when we were waiting for 45 minutes for a space. Then just gave me a smile and said what should I do? Alloted parking was taken on my arrival, also they just gave a headscratch and what can they do which is really frustrating. Calling management attention to this guy who doesnt have any idea how to manage his parking spaces.”

“Head security Amir was very rude. We supposed to stay for one week but we end on the 3rd day as he has no respect for the guest. Reception was helpful and kind specially the lady. Not recommending to any of my friends and relatives. He doesnt consider parking. Where we supposed to park our car. Will never comeback here again”

I’ve lived in Fairmont South Residence twice — first as a tenant and now as an owner — and both experiences have been nothing short of exceptional. This place truly combines luxury, comfort, and lifestyle in a way that’s very hard to find in Dubai. The views are breathtaking and honestly worth 5 stars alone. Waking up every day to the sea, the greenery, and the calm surroundings is a privilege. One of the biggest highlights is having direct access to West Palm Beach, making it feel like a resort and a home at the same time. It’s also an amazing vacation-style location: just steps away from February 30, Surf Club, Fairmont beach facilities, KokoBay, and many other incredible spots. Whether you want to relax, dine, swim, or enjoy the beach lifestyle — everything is right here. The facilities are world-class: beautiful pools, lush gardens, and dedicated pet-friendly areas that make life even more enjoyable. The entire property is always clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. But what really makes the difference is the building team. The concierge and staff are always supportive, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Their professionalism adds a huge part to the quality of living here. “I have a vey bad experience in the lobby. The guy who is i guess the receptionist advised me that i can't sit for so long in the waiting area. I am waiting for the driver to pick me up but he is stuck in the school to pick up my boss's daughter. The receptionist said that it is not allowed to wait in the lobby or else i should wait outside. In this weather in Dubai, he is asking me to sit outside in the heat. I just want to clarify if this is the policy of the building as this is really unexpected for a reputed Fairmont group.”

“Unlivable since the rooftop bar ChinaWhite opened. Music blasting 7 days a week 8 hours per day, and that’s until beach clubs open so you get another 5 hours of music blasting. Complaints do nothing so don’t bother.”

“Some of the largest units in Dubai! The one bedroom is 1,500 sq ft with a patio of 400 sq ft. Staff treats you like family is always accommodating and happy. The facilities are really nice - you have full access to all the hotel amenities including the pools and gym. As a resident you also receive 20% off all dining. Location couldn’t be better as West Beach is your back yard, you can walk to everything you need including the mall.”

“Good area. Owners have access to a private pool. The view is fantastic. 50 meters to private beach and beach promenade (west beach), where there are restaurants and clubs/bars (on weekends with DJs and loud music) and it's great music (30+). The apartments have private parking. You can purchase access to use all 6 Fairmont pools, fitness center and their beach area and bar. Free beach towels. 14 minutes by taxi to Marina. With Hala Taxi it costs 40-50 Dirhams. I would like to visit the place again. If you rent a car, be aware of traffic chaos especially at Fairmont in the evening. Everyone wants to go to West Beach.”
