“The building has been a disappointing place to live overall. There is a serious pest problem, with spiders and cockroaches appearing frequently—even after we paid out of pocket for pest control inside the apartment. The swimming pool has been closed since we moved in a year and a half ago, with no clear updates or timeline for reopening. The gym is poorly equipped, with only very basic and limited machines available. Additionally, the garbage containers in the parking area constantly produce a strong and extremely unpleasant smell that spreads over a wide distance, making the environment very uncomfortable. “The building has been a disappointing place to live overall. There is a serious pest problem, with spiders and cockroaches appearing frequently—even after we paid out of pocket for pest control inside the apartment. The swimming pool has been closed since we moved in a year and a half ago, with no clear updates or timeline for reopening. The gym is poorly equipped, with only very basic and limited machines available. Additionally, the garbage containers in the parking area constantly produce a strong and extremely unpleasant smell that spreads over a wide distance, making the environment very uncomfortable. The exterior windows also appear to have never been cleaned. The elevator is also a serious safety concern—it closes forcefully on people, and the sensors do not properly detect movement or objects, which is extremely dangerous. Overall, the maintenance and management standards need significant improvement.”

“Really my worst experience in entire 15 years UAE life. Bad smell in corridor, continuous water leakage issues in bathroom and kitchen. Unsolved for months. Cockroaches bite. And management even want full advance and additional amount from the deposit .You have to fight after you pay rent”

“Not recommended !! - Unhygienic corridors - Back door of building Always open even for outsiders , anybody can come in building premises No privacy of building - Garbage schute always smelly with cockroaches - Day and night watchmen don’t stop people who bring Big huge DOGS in the Elevators. - Bachelors also living there , They have lied that there will be no bachelors in the building … - Management never respond”

“Worst experience finally leaving this building, management ,maintenance and cockroaches,smell on floor, anytime tenants took their big dogs to travel from lift .maintenance never works, management never recieve calls. Please be careful when you find an appartment in the review sections so many local guide ( real estate agent ) give 5 star for renting an appartment and that is false .”

“Building location is So good Slightly Old but Neat and clean apartments. RTA bus station is very near, 3 to 4 different School on walking distance from Canary building, Union coop hypermarket few steps far near on back side Door of the building Nesto Hyper market And Petrol pump station 1/2 km far.”

“Its not recommended building. Office team not answer the phone call. Maintenance team will not support your concerns. 1) AC Bad smell 2) Toilet water drainage block 3) AC water leak 4) Lots of cockroach, spider This is sample concerns.”

“I have received a bad experience from this property Dubai management. No maintenance properly. Not worth for the money. Kitchen is open. Fresh air for the AC is not well and smell is coming in when switch on the AC. Too much cockroaches. Trolleys cannot go through basement parking. Advance payment shall not be get back if no damages also. They will deduct the amount for saying maintenance once the tenant out. My rating is 0/10 NOT RECOMMEND for deals.”

“I had very bad experiences in this building 🔺Irresponsible management 🔺Unhygienic corridors 🔺Water supply pressure is very low 🔺No proper response from the office 🔺No swimming Pool(You will see under maintenance since years) 🔺Cockroaches everywhere even you do pest control in your premises 🔺 The security deposit is not returned 🔺 AED 1300 will be charged for the painting once you vacate the apartment 🔺 I have made a complaint in the head office in Abudhabi by email, but no response from them. 🔺 Worst experience in 36 years of living in Dubai Not at all recommended Many more to say”

“i am a tenant here from past six months and the worst management i have ever seen nobody attends the call, very poor and lazy maintenance team. the building corridors always smell so bad also there are lot of cockroaches in the building. no cleaning for the windows. never recommend anyone”
