“AC every two or three weeks is not working which is really too much you can’t stay you can’t sleep its tough for you to stay there and the issue isn’t fixed quickly it takes at least one day”

“Brief Note: The building "Al Zaafran" is known for its poor management and unprofessional security staff. Many issues have been reported, including disrespectful treatment and lack of proper communication. Unfortunately, it’s one of the most poorly managed buildings we've encountered in the UAE”

“Excellent Residential-Commercial building and infrastructure. Has a world class Gym. A Coffee dispenser, 2 level parking inside the building. Coffee shops, super markets, restaurants on the front end. Lot of pharmacies, hospitals, money exchanges around”

“One of my friend is living in that building and a couple days ago i visited that are and it's seems very nice to be there, the security level in this building is average but there are many cameras that are watching you, there is a good amount of car parking area for the people who are living in this building and if you are a visitor you can also park your car outside the building into the paid street parking, looking forward to seeing this building get more renovate.”
