“as a tenant beware of the horrendous amount of cockroaches , smell of paint and hookah, consistent issues with the building sewage. Couple years ago faced problems in the kitchen where grey water was flooding out the sinks and drainage literally covering the entire kitchen .. rostamani has not shown appropriate seriousness rather they chose to increase rental fees”
