“The building is old... and their ac system... they say chiller is free but it doesn't work and is too old for summers... i am sweating here in my room and management is also not finding permanent solution for this problem... i dont advise you to rent in this building... it wont be worth it”

“Very very very rude Indian security on my visit 19/6/22 at 09.45 am. I was asking politely for apartment rental and he brushed me off with a "NO APARTMENT" without second thought, without checking any database or consulting anyone and without explaining valid reasons as if he OWNS THE BUILDING!!! Then when I gave up he laughed with his friends (cleaners) as I walked away. I would understand if he say it nicely and explains nicely, but that is not the case. Such a disappointment to be treated in such a way. Hope Management of the building will take note so this won't happen to anyone else. Disappointed Apartment Hunter”
